Harbor freight has angle grinders on sale all the time. I've seen them as low as $10. These are new chinese made stuff. Probably wouldn't buy this if I was using it every day for my job or something, but for the occasional home user like myself, you can't beat it.

Is Harbor Freight like a Home Depot, Menards or Lowes? I don't think we have Harbor Freaight in Chicago.

Harbor Freight is hard to describe. It's tools mostly. Pretty much all cheap chinese stuff. Angle grinders for $9.99, 18-v rechargeable drill set for $20. I once bought a set of four adjustable wrenches there for $25. The largest wrench in this set was about 3 feet long and must have weighed 20lbs. I'm not making this up. Great deals there if you don't mind buying chinese stuff.
